XYLANOLYTIC SYSTEM PROTEINS DESORPTION FROM Aspergillus flavipes FP-500 CULTURES WITH AGROWASTES

  • It was identified the adsorption of proteins and enzymes during cultures on corn cobs and wheat bran.

  • Adsorption of proteins was higher on corn cobs than in wheat bran.

  • Even when total protein adsorption was higher in corn cobs, wheat bran was pretty much selective to xylanolytic system proteins.

  • Protein adsorption in each raw material depended of its chemical composition.

  • Protein adsorption can reduce the recovery in fermentation process if these raw materials are used.
